Adam Alter graduated from the Psychology Department of the University of New South Wales with Honors Class I, University Medal and obtained his MA and PhD degrees in the field of Social Psychology at Princeton University. He received many awards and scholarships during his undergraduate and graduate studies.
Alter, who has conducted several researches in the field of social psychology and behavioral science, has delivered psychology to the masses with his book titled, Drunk Tank Pink. The book is explaining the influences of colors and names, on human psychology, behavior and desicions with amazing and easily-remembered anecdotes.
Alter is currently a professor of Marketing at the Stern School of Business, in New York University.
