Erkin Aydın graduated from the Civil Engineering Department of Boğaziçi University and obtained his MBA degree at the Management Faculty of the University of Michigan.
Erkin started his career at the Clark Construction Group in the US and was employed as Project Manager in different projects and offices of the company. Following his consultancy career at McKinsey&Co. in Istanbul, he conducted projects in different sectors in the fields of strategy, marketing, organizational restructuring, operational efficiency, company merger and acquisitions, respectively.
He is currently working as the Deputy General Manager for Private Banking and Payment Systems in Finansbank, where he worked in various managerial positions after joining the company in 2008.
