Multi Turkey, after the merge of Qubicon and Multi Development, has become Turkey's largest shopping center investor with 14 ongoing and 5 new projects. Hulusi Belgü, Board Member of Multi Turkey, will be commenting on the effects of the continuous shopping center investments.
Emphasizing that the transformation of sectoral data into physical information is an important priority more than ever, Belgü will be assessing the impact of shopping centers on the Turkish economy, which has become Turkey's fourth largest sector.

Hulusi Belgü studied Business Administration at the İstanbul University. Then he completed his MBA at San Diego National University. As a student, he worked in the national and international shipping industries.
He took on various managerial positions in Çukurova Nakliyat, Ekpar Uluslararası İnşaat ve Taahüt A.Ş., Ektrans Uluslararası Nakliyat ve Ticaret A.Ş. and Ekinciler Uluslararası Ticaret. He acquired experience in the tourism sector with Etur Tourism and in the iron trade sector with Uluslararası Demir Ticaret A.Ş. Belgü started working in the real estate with Safir Gayrimenkul.
Belgü has been the board member of Multi Turkey since 2010. After serving as the Deputy Chairman of Board for AYD (Association of Shopping Center Investors) for three years, Belgü has been elected as the Chairman of AYD in 2013.
